This policy sets out the conditions associated with the purchase of our software products, as well as the processing of requests for refund or cancellation.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"672\" data-end=\"684\">Scope<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"685\" data-end=\"858\">This policy applies to all digital products and software purchased through our official website (<strong data-start=\"803\" channels.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"860\" data-end=\"896\">Digital goods and licences<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"897\" data-end=\"952\">Due to the digital nature of our products:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"953\" data-end=\"1590\">Technical problems that prevent the use of the software and that could not be addressed by our support team.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1591\" data-end=\"1641\">\n<p data-start=\"1593\" data-end=\"1641\">Errors in billing or duplicate charges.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1642\" data-end=\"1716\">\n<p data-start=\"1644\" data-end=\"1716\">Acquisition accidental data-end=\"2151\">\n<p data-start=\"2033\" data-end=\"2151\">Subscriptions contracted in Cloudtivity are automatically renewed according to the selected period (monthly or yearly).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li
