Today I will tell you how at Cloudtivity we continue to exploit the benefits of Microsoft 365 and especially Microsoft Teams.
Yes! Viva Connections is an application that we activate from the Microsoft Teams administration, but first I’ll tell you what this service is about.
Viva Connections is a Microsoft Teams-anchored gateway for users to quickly access various resources and more importantly directly access your SharePoint Online site without leaving Microsoft Teams.
It was designed to bring together even more services where users typically do their work: in Microsoft Teams.
Currently, at Cloudtivity we configure our intranet in SharePoint Online and with the help of Viva Connections, it is anchored to the Microsoft Teams application launcher. With just one click and without leaving the tool we can access our intranet and its resources.
Today I want to show you with the images below, that it is possible to be more productive working from a collaborative space and that in turn allows you to access the different services of the 365 suites:
